We have recently completed this large and useful shop with a full guest quarters near Clark Fork.

The shop is 2x6 stick frame construction on a steel rebar reinforced concrete footer and stem wall. The floor is a rebar reinforced concrete slab, and on top of the frame is 1/2" CDX plywood shear wall and on the roof 5/8" 5-ply CDX plywood. The building wrap is Tyvek, and there is 30# felt beneath the metal roofing. All of the trim and fascia is rough sawn, stained Cedar. The metal skin is from Metal Sales and has a good, lifetime paint. This building is built to last. We will let the video show you all of the details:
